Responsibilities Duties:

• Supports accounting operations by filing documents, writing checks and other tasks.

• Maintains accounting records by making copies; filing documents.

• Assist in bank reconcillation

• Preparation of disbursement vouchers and BIR form 2307

• Monitoring and recording of cash advances liquidations

• An errand dedicated for Accounting and Bank Transactions

o Encashment o Deposit o Process Documents o Process

transactions related to Finance

• Protects organizations value by keeping information confidential.

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of Bachelors Degree in Accountancy

• Either male or female

• willing to start ASAP

• Must be organized, detailed and thorough

• At least 1 year of experience in the same field
