    Customer Service Representative Work/ Job Description

    The primary responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative/Receiving Clerk will be to receive all incoming samples, give information to customers, directs calls, take messages, and otherwise relieve departments of clerical work and minor administrative duties and business details. The Customer Service Representative/Receiving Clerk will assist the staff with any administrative and clerical duties.

    Education & Experience

    •Strong organizational and time management skills.
    •Ability to adapt and be flexible within a changing work environment.
    •Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
    •Customer Service and multi phone line experience.
    •Excellent attention to detail a must.
