JOB DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
• Provide 2nd level of technical support and resolve problems to the end users satisfaction.
• Utilize and maintain the helpdesk tracking software.
• Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the helpdesk.
• Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, workstation, etc.
• Report issues to the Operations Manager for escalation.

• Between 20-35 years of age
