Monthly Billing : 3,00,000 INR near about
Contract Duration : 11 Months initially then after extendable
for 2 years
Total Project Billing : 33, 00, 000 INR near about
Payment cycle : 40 Day’s
Required Quality : Minimum 95 %
below 95 % or Lower one Rework will be
allowed.
Consultancy charges : 2,00,000 + Service Tax

• Network Diagram.
• Technology Details Including.
• Centers Photographs (Floor, Management Area, IT/ HR/ Training rooms).
• Memorandum and Articles of Association.
• Director’s Profile along with senior Management Profile.
