A large manufacturing Company is looking for a Personal Assistant to executive. Executive is in charge a number of entities and is need of someone to help manage the daily activities in both the personal and professional tasks.

The company is looking to hire an energetic Personal assistant that is well organized and able to adapt to different responsibilities and projects charged to them. Salary wage is based on experience level and qualifications.

Position includes vacation and sick time with health benefits package.

Job and work responsibilities to include but not limited to:

Invoicing preparations
Sending mailers, estimates, invoices
Answering company phone
Preparing field technician weekly expense reports for approval
Typing and sending weekly work orders for company technicians
Doing banking deposits/wire transfers
General Office maintenance and ordering of supplies
Coordinating personal and business travel and accommodations

Required work Skills:

Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to manage multiple project simultaneously
Attention to details & outstanding organizational skills required
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Proficient with Google applications: gMail, gCalendar, gDocs
Proficient with PC & Mac
Education: Bachelors Degree
