    Item Description:

    Immediate need for a Part Time experienced Admin Assistant/Customer Service person (in Dublin, Ireland) with 1-2 years experience working in a professional office environment in a support capacity.

    This position is part of a fast paced environment. You will be assisting in managing a very active office, will report to the General Manager and will perform administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors.

    The duties include:

    ** Fielding Telephone Calls
    ** Accounts Receivable Collections
    ** Strong Customer Service Skills – must be able to follow up with customers & vendors
    ** Word Processing
    ** Creating Spreadsheets
    ** Creating Presentations
    ** Filing
    ** Internet Research Abilities

    Skill sets required are:

    ** Extensive Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Email skills
    ** Answer, screen and transfer inbound calls
    ** Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
    ** Must have exceptional organization skills and great follow through
    ** Ability to work as a team player, be flexible and maintain a positive attitude
