Account Assistant: Work Requirements

• Job PurposeWe are looking for a full-time Account cum HR Executive to handle day to day account/HR activities and long-term account and HR strategies.

  Key Roles and Responsibilities

  · Responsible for managing both accounts and administration work at centre level.

  · Responsible for recording day to day entries in our in-house

  · Responsible for preparing various MIS reports like Collection Report, collection reconciliation, Bank Reconciliation etc.

  · Responsible for closely monitoring outstanding fee details on daily basis.

  · Responsible for vendor bill processing and payment.

  · Responsible for other related work as and when asked from senior management.

  · Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.

  · Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.

  · Tally data entry including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, bank reconciliation statement and preparation of debtors / creditors statements.

  · Tally, Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, Billing, Cash Handling,

  · Preparing data on excel for reporting purpose

  Job Type: Full-time

  Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
