· Experiences in real estate company accounts is preferred.
· Preparation of invoices, debit notes, credit notes, journals and other vouchers and data entry of all vouchers in financial software system for day to date maintenance of accounts.
· Maintain petty cash.
· Calculate and distribute wages and salaries.
· Assist in preparing regular reports and summaries of accounting activities.
· Assist in Preparing financial statements / debtors’ listing & check customers’ credit ratings.
· Assist in generating income statements, P & L Accounts, balance sheet, general ledger & other reports.
· Responsible for Payroll Processing.
· Reconciliation of Supplier Accounts & GL Control Accounts.
· Maintained Daybook, Sales, Purchase & Stock Registers; posted ledgers.
· Handle & maintain accounts up to finalization.
· Prepare year end schedules & accounts for audit.
· Handle all kinds of bank transactions.
· Filing of VAT returns and payments.
· Established and maintained close relationship with Tenants , banks and other clients
· File correspondence and other records.
· Store and retrieve data on computer.
· Receive and process incoming & outgoing mails.
· Review and answer correspondence on behalf of the company.
· Handle clients’ queries and help them to meet their requirements.
