Admin and Operation Executive: Job Requirements

Essential Responsibilities

Gourmandines – a food & beverage supply company located in Kuala Lumpur is currently looking for dynamic and highly motivated Operation and Admin Executive

Main Responsibilities:

– Handles all admin matters, general office management, answers incoming calls and deal with email enquiries.

– Provides admin support to Sales Reps, coordinates and consolidates orders from customers.

– Assist Online Sales exec in handling online retail sales and coordinate delivery of products with couriers / grabs / lalamove / transporters.

– Packing of orders for Shopee / and other e-commerce platform.
– Assist in issuing invoices, credit notes and stock report.

– Assist in stock system

Requirements:

– MALAYSIANS ONLY

– Possess at least SPM / O Level / Diploma.

– Fresh graduates from Hospitality or Culinary College or Uni are welcome

– Computer Literacy, min. Microsoft office, Facebook, Instagram. Experience in Canva and photoshop will be an added advantaged.

– Has a good interpersonal skills in English, and good customer relations.

– Able to handle pressure, able to work independently.

– Responsible, dedicated, honest and hard working

· Salary range start from RM 1,800+ + + ( depends on experience) + commission

· Staff meal provided on working days.

*working days: Monday to Saturdays, with 2 alt Saturday off.

Office: No.61, Lorong Kuang Bulan, Taman Kepong, 52100 Kuala Lumpur (walking distance to Kepong KTM)
