Admin Assistant: Job Requirements
Essential Responsibilities
Basic requirements
Transfer data from hardcopy to digital database
Organize existing data in excel spreadsheet
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
To carry date collection and analysis: all record and reports to be kept safe
Source and deliver the requested report on time ( periodical: daily, weekly, monthly) by summarizing and highlighting valuable information to provide data support
Develop and maintain a filing system
Do ordering, tracking stock delivery, follow up on warranty status and payment
Maintain and monitoring online platform
To handle ad hoc assignment from superior
Responsibilities
Candidate must possess at least a certificate in any field
intermediate skills in Microsoft Office ( MS Excel & MS Power Point in particular)
Good in written and verbal communication, Bahasa Malaysia & English
Attention to the vacancy
