Jade Kitchen Design Sdn Bhd is currently supporting a virtual work environment; however, this is a contract position and is only open to candidates residing in European & South American time zones.

Admin Clerk: Job Requirements

Essential Responsibilities

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh grad are welcome too.
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office Preferably Junior Executive specialised in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
Preferable non-Executive specialises in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent. Computer literate. Able to multi-tasking. Well-spoken & writing in English & Bahasa. Driving License with own transport.

Job responsibilities :

  • Responsible for routine office administration work such as document filing and correspondence. * Handling incoming emails/ reply emails. Communicate with suppliers and negotiation.
  • Issuing Invoices, quotations, Purchase Order. Checking and preparing Paper works (training will be provided). Prepare Payment Voucher & issuing…etc
  • Communicate with our secretary & accounts to support them by their requirements. SQL /UBS / Auto count any accounting software knowledge is an advantage.

Adobe Photoshop/ Google Sketchup / 3Dx Max will be a priority

Able to start work immediately.

  • Monday-Saturday. 9-6 pm,
  • Medical -Annual Leave (bonus on performance)
  • Located: in USJ-1.Subang Jaya.
