Admin & Facilities Assistant Manager: Job Requirements
Job Description:
- Maintain optimum housekeeping of the premises and ensure smooth daily operations and identify areas of gaps and improvements
- Attend to deliveries and running of company errands
- Managing office supplies such as stationery, pantry supplies and other office equipment
- Expenses and travel administration support
- Ensure timely filing and maintain a proper filing system
- Performing ad-hoc administration duties, project and other tasks assigned (Events management, HR/ Admin related projects)
- Responsible for the day to day operation of the building and ensure the building is well maintained.
- Supervise and coordinate all maintenance and administrative staff assigned to the building.
- To provide monthly budgetary control for management review.
- Ensure timely and prompt responses to complaints, request and emergencies.
- Prepare minutes and reports for meeting.
- Manage and maintain proper records and files of correspondences and documents.
- Manage contracts and performance of service providers.
- To ensure all licenses or contract required by the law or related Act to be renewed on time.
- To prepare, coordinate and compile all required ocuments and report
- To monitor the billings and collections of the maintenance charges and sinking fund.
- To implement debt recovery action deem fit against any defaulters.
- Ad hoc assignment when required by Company
Job Requirements:
- Consistent, professional dress and manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Good time management skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to interact with people at all levels and works with high integrity.
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks as required
- Preferably able to start immediately
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM3,500.00 – RM4,500.00 per month
