- Supervise day-to-day administrative work. Example: office administration, organize maintenance of office equipment, source for competitive vendors for the best rates on office supplies, stationary and etc.
- Implement office standards, policies, and procedures and ensure staff compliance.
- Monitor and liaise with relevant departments/vendors for issues related to public area facilities such as aircon, canteen, pest control, hostel, transport, security, etc.
- Assist in HR duties such as attendance, foreign workers and others.
- Assist in ad hoc company events as and when needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS- Possess at least Diploma in HR, Management related.
- At least two (2) year working experience in Human Resources.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and any relevant software programs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
