• • Degree holder in related course.
  • Have experience as general administration.
  • Strict, careful, and responsible in work, and have strong coordination skills, communication skills, organisation skills and executive ability in administrative affairs.
  • Have strong problem solving capabilities, good at formulating various rules and procedures of general affairs.
  • To determine the information required for general affairs, and to collect, held in custody, handle and for company use.
  • General affairs routine: catering management, environmental and health management, photocopy output equipment, asset management, facilities, and environmental safety.
  • Responsible for general affairs related matters in factory management, and relevant work experience in dormitory, transportation, catering, and general affairs arrangements.
  • Responsible for daytime or nighttime plant patrol, and factory security and guard management.
  • Handle general affairs, administrative affairs, office facilities maintenance and company resources maintenance and management, and various administrative support.
  • Carry out infrastructure maintenance in the organization, office environment beautification, construction project planning, water and electricity maintenance, office vehicle management, traffic, stationery and food supply, industrial safety and health and insurance business, and responsible to liaise with external parties.
  • Environmental safety business planning (plant workers, financial and material safety protection in the plant area, handle emergency circumstances) and supervision.
  • Able to speak and write in Mandarin, English because candidate need to communicate and report to Management at HQ Taiwan.
