Role: Processing Admin(Female)

Client’s Location: Malaysia
Experience: Required 0-5+ Years

  • Managing IT service requests from end to end and track to close
  • Focal contact point between end users , IT department and support team
  • Hosting weekly meeting with key users and support team
  • Assist Service Delivery team with weekly SLA report and ticket status
  • To coordinate/ facilitate urgent support between support team and end users upon request
  • Attend daily briefing session and provide updates to key users
  • Ad hoc tasks as per request by supervisor example audit tasks, sending email communication/ announcement to end users
