Essential Responsibilities
Main Duties:
1. Creating recipes, ordering ingredients, and coordinating baking schedules to produce bread, cakes, pastries, pies, cookies and other goods.
2. Ensure profitability by maintaining an accurate record of baking operations.
3. Manage needed supplies and inventory levels.
4. Assess the quality of raw material before baking.
