Barista/Team Member: Job Requirements
Essential Responsibilities
Promote coffee consumption by educating customers; selling accessories, and supplies; preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, along with pastries and cookies. The barista fulfills any other duties assigned by the outlet/assistant manager or supervisor and represents The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf in a professional manner.
Barista Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers by determining their coffee interests and needs.
- Educate customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu; answering questions.
- Prepare and serve beverages, pastries, and cookies.
- Take pride in the tidiness and cleanliness of your store, organize stock, innovate new way to do things. Take initiative with tasks, ideas and add to the overall success
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: From RM1,500.00 per month
