LUSH CAFE is currently supporting a virtual work environment; however, this is a contract position and is only open to candidates residing in European & South American time zones.
BARRISTA & SERVICE CREW/SUPERVISOR: Job Requirements
Essential Responsibilities
- Barista
Must be able to operate the coffee machine to make Latte and be able to learn quickly the IT operating system for billing. Should have leadership qualities and be able to supervise and manage the café. Experienced in the food and beverage retail trade would be advantages.
Students/retired candidates/part timers/fresh graduates/ job seekers
English speaking would be advantageous. This is a Muslim friendly western café concept. We do not serve alcohol either. There is only one shift and we close at 7pm on a 6 day work week.
Education is an asset but work experience, hard work, honesty and customer service is critical.
The Barista is also almost certain to be promoted to Supervisor or higher if he has the proven capability to manage the business and his team in the shortest time possible.
