About the role
At Pluto, you will have ownership over unparalleled collections of transactions, accounts, financial, and usage data as well as manual processes. You will be empowered by this data and by our team to ask questions and find answers that enable our engineering, product, and business teams to make data driven decisions while improving overall operational efficiency by streamlining processes through the use of no-code tools.

Essential Responsibilities
Requirements
You’ll be working in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment with the following responsibilities
What excites you
Championing a data-first approach toward decision-making across the entire organization
Making complex processes ridiculously simple
Partnering with our sales, business development, and growth teams in identifying and growing business opportunities
Working with engineers, product managers, and business operations to identify improvement opportunities in our products and our internal data consumption
Designing, building, and popularizing analytics dashboards and visualizations guiding the decisions, priorities, and goals of the company
Using no-code tools to eliminate manual, boring tasks
Working on modeling with statistical/machine learning methods
What You’ll Do:
Building dashboards to monitor performance of our business and product as well as growth activities
Working cross-functionally to create specifications and building internal tools to reduce the time to execute operations processes
Work across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Product, Risk, and Operations to help increase efficiency by automating manual processes.
Access data and visualize it to help ensure that our Sales and BD efforts meet our monthly targets.
Build and analyze dashboards to identify areas of strength and opportunity for Pluto’s growth team
Identifying areas and building internal tools to reduce the time to execute operations processes by 95%

Production SQL experience, and experience with/willingness to learn a scripting language like Python or Ruby
Quantitative, analytical background and experience communicating technical ideals
