Job Description
You will be working with the fast-paced growing SMM & Social Media agency that works with clients like Nykaa, 99 Pancakes, Bewakoof, IIDE, Charak Pharma, Deltin Casino
- Create a brand identity and overarching story
- Create a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across platforms like LinkedIn,
- Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
- Ideating and creating campaigns and content that tie into the above strategy
- Managing and guiding the day-to-day activities of the content creation team
- Executing tasks with the content creation team
- Measuring and reporting campaign performance
- Managing Online Reputation with brands
- Blog and Content Writing and Management
- Coordinating with the other departments and getting the work done
- Coordinating and executing with different brands
- Coordinating with the graphics team to get the relevant creatives
- Preparing different MIS reports for the brands
- Responsible for presales with clients while presenting media plans with different customers
- Creating media and brand plans for the entire month
- Coordinating with Jr and Sr. Executives to plan and execute the ideology for customers
- Responsible for review calls with customers to show them growth in brands and present reports and matrix
- Ideating new processes that can help tracking correct metrics
- Create automations within the team to increase efficiency
- Track and allocate resources to different clients in the correct manner
- Track and cross sell other services to the customer
