Management Duties
· Managed daily showroom operations including showroom visual design, sales growth stimulation and ensuring.
· Create Policies and Regulations that improve the business and develop the marketing and sales strategies.
· Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities.
· To build up and develop relation close relationship between the clients, vendor, supplier and distributors and their network.
· Visiting potential clients and vendor for new business and developing and maintaining relationships.
· To maintain and develop relationships with existing clients in person and over the phone.
· Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions.
· Recruit and trained showroom assistants/ consultant as well as provided training and guidance to other sales assistance throughout the country.
· Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options.
· To provide training and support to company staff in the use of Excel and Retail Sanitary ware products and come up with new products that improve the showroom.
· Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
· Imparting total in-store customer and client experience and driving the business to meet the desired sales objectives and goals.
· Educated the sales person about quality and value of sanitary ware products.
· Ensure that the employees provided the highest standards for customer satisfaction and quality service for the sanitary ware products and the feedback on the sales and customer relation.
· Having budget for business development and marketing the products
· Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules, and discount rates, and develops sales campaigns to accommodate the goals of the company.
· To create a strong visual appearance of the showroom by effectively executing merchandise plans and strategies
· Sell the products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions.
· Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
· Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
· Generating new business through sales leads obtained from different channels of inquiries
· Negotiate credit terms with existing clients and propose the same for new vendors, supplier and distributer.
· High caliber and aggressive front-ending sales personnel capable of managing quality retail show room with sound retail practices.
· Track new infrastructure developments in respective territory and develop a database to aid the achievement of sales targets.
· Good Track record of handling high volume business is essential.
· Having relevant Market Exposure with good performance track record.
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
· Accounting, Finance, Sales and Marketing Knowledge and experience.
