Looking for a Business Development Manager to promote our complete Maintenance & fit out solutions for residential and commercial properties.
Roles and responsibilities:
· Develop growth strategies and plans
· Present and sell the Company’s services and solutions to new and existing accounts
· Manage and retain relationships with existing clients
· Develop sales
· Accountable for ensuring timely communication and customer satisfaction at assigned accounts
· Understand each customer’s business and technical applications, anticipating their needs for products and solutions
· Identify and analyze key opportunities and threats as it relates to products, markets, and competitors
· Achieve the allocated sales target for assigned accounts and new business
Business development manger: Job Requirements
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week
Essential Responsibilities
Requirements:
· Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in technical sales of Facility Management
· Effective communication skills and the ability to build and sustain strong customer relationships
· Excellent organizational skills
· English proficiency is a must
