Call Center Agent : Job Requirements
Essential Responsibilities
Handle sales, products & services enquiries
Work towards achieving KPI
Respond to customers inquiries in a professional and prompt manner
Provide customers with product and service information
Follow up customer calls where necessary
Requirements:
Education: PMR, SPM, STPM, Certificate, Diploma and Degree School leavers are encouraged to apply for Work Home Program (WPH)

Training provided in our office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of English
Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedule

Be prepared to come to the office if necessary within a reasonable notice
