Call Center Specialist Job Duties:
Makes calls to the existing and new clients of a medical center in order to activate a client and make a new appointment for a treatment.
Sales the services of the medical center by offering special prices/packages of services, explaining the client the benefits from the treatment and potential results.
Enters appointments into the software system after confirmation with a client.
Provides product/service information by answering questions; offering assistance.
Maintains call center database by entering and verifying information; updating contact log.
Improves quality results by recommending changes.
Call center specialist: Job Requirements
Job Types: Part-time, Fresher
Salary: AED2,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per month
Essential Responsibilities
Requirements
Russian and Arabic speaking candidates will be prioritized (candidates who speak both Russian and English or Arabic and English). Level of English – not less than upper intermediate
Immediate joiners will be prioritized

Salary
Fixed salary 5 AED per hour + % from sales of medical services of the clinic:
3% if the sales amount per month less than 50.000;5% if the sales amount is in the range from 50.000 to 70.000;7% if the sales amount is 70.000 or more.
