Shiok Collection is currently supporting a virtual work environment; however, this is a contract position and is only open to candidates residing in European & South American time zones.
Cashier: Job Requirements
Essential Responsibilities
- Mentor, train, manage, and oversee junior cashiers as necessary by providing assistance during customer interactions, verifying prices, and acting according to store policy.
- Assist with daily opening and closing procedures.
- Manage cash or credit card transactions
- Manage all the order from online or phone
- Serve customers by dealing with any inquiries or complaint
- Ensure that record all the customer details and the daily details in Pos System and Microsoft Software such as Autocount System, Excel, Word.
- Maintaining safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
- Manage the check-out area and ensure each station remains clean and efficiently run
Requirements:
- Willing to participate in on-the-job training
- Candidates must poses at least Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) and above, School leaver are encouraged to apply.
- At least 1 year experience in related industry (POS System / Admin / Marketing)
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia, ability to speak in other dialects such as Mandarin and local dialects is an added advantage.
- With experience and proficient about POS system
- Must have knowledge about Microsoft Excel
- Well groomed, work hard and self efficient
- Able to work in team and able to start work immediately
Job Type: Full Time / Part Time (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm , Sat 9am – 5pm)
