Full Job Description
We are looking for a Casual Project Assistant/Interpreter to assist with our exhibition at the Dubai Active Show (October 27-30, 2022).
Position Timeframe: First day of hire (ASAP)-October 30, 2022
Casual Project Assistant: Job Requirements
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Contract length: 1 month
Part-time hours: 8 per week
Essential Responsibilities
Experience and Qualification:
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- 6 months – 1 year of customer service experience
- Must pursue healthy and fitness lifestyle
- Great understanding of nutrition and exercise physiology
- Great computer and communication skills (must be bilingual – English/Arabic)
- Prefers someone with a drivers’ license and a vehicle but not a prerequisite
- Experience with Social Media Marketing and Promotional Campaigns
Responsibilities:
- Assist with different projects leading up to Dubai Active Show
- Printing advertisement (marketing material)
- Sourcing and Ordering (local equipment and supplies)
- Brand representation
- Setting up booth
- Assist with different tasks during Dubai Active Show (ie: Translate during Dubai Active Show (as required))
- Assist with Social Media Campaign within Dubai
Important Details:
- Part-Time Prior to the show = 4-8 hours/week (until October 27)
- Full-Time within the course of the show (October 27-30, 8 hrs/day) 9:00AM-5:00PM
- This position can evolve based on performance.
- Admission covered to Dubai Active Show (October 27-30, 2022).
- Start Date: AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
- Wage: Negotiable
Please note: Some weeks will be busier than others. A timesheet is required to be sent every week with a detailed description of different tasks.
