Chocolate Kiosk Service Crew: Job Requirements
Essential Responsibilities
We are nuts about chocolates and we hope you are too as we are looking for fun, friendly and fast-learning Malaysians to join our team of Dashers.
Loud and talkative? Let’s turn some of that energy into fruitful and engaging conversations with our customers.
Multi-lingual? All the better because of the multi-ethnic background of our customers. Practice your lah’s and bah’s here.
Responsible and punctual? Yes we can be boring at times but “adulting” is tough and let’s not make it harder for our customers.
Have none of the above? Fret not, we only ask that you have an open mind and be willing to learn.
- 5-day working week with an additional day required during peak seasons (compensated separately).
- Minimum 3 months commitment.
- Prior food service experience is a big plus point.
- Priority given to people residing nearby the kiosk.
- Good command of English is a must.
Responsibility
- Attending to the daily tasks of running a chocolate kiosk in Bangsar
- Engaging with customer to provide tasting, recommendations and dealing with customer enquiries.
- Prepare basic drinks (chocolate and coffee).
- Ensuring delivery orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
