Essential Responsibilities
Join the largest cinema exhibitor and leading film distributor in Malaysia!
Cinema Crew act as the first point of contact with the customers by providing excellent customer service and enriching cinematic experience to our customers. The incumbent may work in the box office, concession stand, floor & hall.

You will play an important role in:
- Provide excellent customer service to the customers.
- Attend to inquiries or feedback from the customers.
- Adhere with the Company Standard Operating Procedures.
- Ensure hygiene of the Cinema premises & equipment.
- Handling of point of sales system.
- Regular hall checking to ensure movie pictures / sound / subtitles are clear.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Secondary school level and above
- Passionate in the entertainment industry
- Service-oriented & able to multi-task
- Ability to work well with others
- Able to perform rotating shifts including public holidays, weekends and beyond midnight (late shift up to 4am)
