Role: Technology, Part-Time Consultant
Start Date: Immediate
C ontract Type: Part-Time Contractor/Individual Vendor (6 months)
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE
This role supports the organisation in planning and managing t he technological i nfrastructure of t he
organisation and enhancing TFM’s impact by d igitalising operations and processes to increase effectiveness and
efficiency. The role also works towards improving information a nd data integrity, fl ow and k nowledge
management within the organisation and with external parties.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide Technology Support Across the Organisation Advice on the m aintenance and purchase of relevant sotiware; purchase and u pkeep of sotiware
licenses.
- Manage our domain on Google Apps including documents, account management and administration.
- Provide support to staff on technology-related challenges.
Adoption and Development of Existing and New Sotiware /Technology Platiorms M eet w ith team members to identify their technology n eeds t o make work effective and efficient and
m ake/implement recommendations.
- Integrate other t echnology (survey systems, websites, etc.) with Salesforce or other identified
technological solutions.
- S uggest and s ource both in-house as well as outsourced technology applications that will enhance
p roductivity
- A dvice, recommend, s ource and m aintain TFM’s knowledge management p ortal to meet our
knowledge management needs.
Ensure Data Protection and Privacy is Upheld Cratiing a nd maintaining policies and procedures to protect our d ata a nd information integrity and
ensure alignment with Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
- Set up systems and safeguards to ensure data and information are protected.
- Training staff on data protection and confidentiality and monitor for compliance w ith all the policies
and procedures of the organisation and the laws of Malaysia.
F acilitate Technology Upskilling and Trainings for the Organisation Connecting the organisation to appropriate vendors t o run training and assist in the d elivery of
technology-related training sessions.
- E nsure that all staff are fully trained in b aseline data a nd technology skills/knowledge to
successfully d o their roles. Conduct new staff training and refresher training for current staff with
regards to TFM’s technology infrastructure.
K EY MEASURES OF SUCCESS Successful implementation of data protection & privacy policies, and cybersecurity measures for
T FM.
- Digitalisation of operations and processes across the organisation through the adoption of an
i ntegrated sotiwares across the organisation
- 48-hour turnaround time to troubleshoot technological issues raised by staff.

- Experience with hardware and sotiware management is preferred.
- Proficient in Zoom, Google Apps, Microsoti apps.
- Strong willingness to learn and adopt digital solutions to transform the way we work.
- B e comfortable working with data systems and generating reports or dashboards for analyses.
Y ears of experience & qualification At least 4 years experience in any technology or digital transformation related role is preferred.

L anguage & Technical Proficiency Strong writien and verbal skills and excellent proficiency in English.
- E xcellent proficiency in Google Apps, MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Power BI is highly preferred.
- Willing and able t o readily adopt and u tilise a ny d atabase or technological p latiorm / application
( i.e. Google Suites, Confluence, Salesforce, Zoom etc.)
