About Medical Travel Market
Medical Travel Market is an international medical tourism agency specializing in providing patients with access to high-quality medical treatment services worldwide. As part of our expanding operations, we are looking to hire remote working medical travel consultants to join our team.
About the role
To be considered for this exciting remote-working treatment coordination and sales opportunity you will have a passion for patient care, coordination and delivering customer service of the highest standards. You will be making a real difference in the lives of patients and will play a compassionate role in supporting them with clear communication throughout their treatment journey.
The successful candidate will be a clear and confident communicator and comfortable working in a dynamic start-up environment.
Consultant / Treatment Coordinator: Job Requirements
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: AED7,000.00 – AED9,000.00 per month
Essential Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Direct interaction with patients seeking treatment in our partner network of international hospitals and clinics
- Responsible for managing patient inquiries across all communication channels
- Offering exceptional service to patient’s throughout their treatment journey from initial inquiry to treatment
- Medical records and treatment plan coordination
- Communication of cost estimates
- General travel advisory on country-specific visa requirements
- Providing leisure and tourism information for destinations
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement
- Expert handling of sensitive patient communications and complex inquiries
Who we’re looking for:
- Experience in the healthcare industry
- Sales experience
- Experience in a patient-facing role in a private hospital or clinic (preferred)
- Education background in a clinical subject (preferred)
- Open to working a dynamic startup environment
- Relationship building qualities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organized and able to juggle multiple priorities
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools
- A learning mindset with a flexible, confident can-do attitude
- Understanding of the human anatomy
Performance Bonus
This role is eligible for performance based bonuses, which takes the maximum earning potential up to AED 15,000 per month.
The salary range displayed is for a 40 hours full-time position and will be apply on a pro-rata basis for part-time hours.
Minimum Qualifications
- Sales experience
- Experience in the healthcare industry
- Education background in a clinical subject (preferred)
