Essential Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships by acting as a main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs
- Work with sales and other internal teams to provide world class customer service to clients and partners
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better engage and problem solve for our clients and partners
- Meet regularly with other members of the team to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business
- Updating records of customer communications and contact information
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 month in a sales or account management role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
- Ability to quickly grasp technical knowledge of crypto products
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-starter and entrepreneurial mentality
- Independent, works well in fully autonomous and high pressure environments
