About the Company:
ViHome is a new fully independent product software company that used to be a part of the ceramic tile business (IT department). Be one of the first employees, on the leadership team, who will build ERP solutions for in-house brands and external partners. ViHome ERP is a standard
ERP enhanced with a convenient user-friendly interface for sales reps, merchandisers, and designers. This is a solution for the ceramic tiles business which would be possible to scale to any other areas. A unique user funnel will bring one of the strongest differentiators of the platform.
Chief Technology Officer (CTO) General Tasks
- Lead technology teams in day-to-day operations, provide key expertise, supervise the heads of departments, and set performance goals.
- Conduct technical reviews of products or solutions to compare and evaluate their applicability.
- Contribute to the senior management team, guiding strategic decisions and resource allocation.
- Monitor management of all hardware, software, databases, licenses, maintenance, and projections of future needs.
- Define technology strategies and ensure that processes meet expectations for business, regulators, community privacy, and cyber security.
Job Objectives:
- Provide overall project leadership and vision of overall architecture, process, and technology strategy as it relates to design, infrastructure, data, network security, audit, and application architecture for the implementation of the whole ERP system
- Ensure that Process needs are met effectively through proper deployment of IT systems and applications which increases productivity along with the transparency of various services.

Essential Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the successful development of a new ERP application from scratch. Define architecture, technology stack, and tools.
- Responsible for managing the Implementation of ERP Solutions to partner’s business
- Effective Program Management through proper coordination with all stakeholders.
- Provide overall technical leadership on ERP Project as well as oversight and mentoring to other team members (in-house or third party).
- Ensure timely delivery. Risk management. External communication.
Basic Qualifications: ( Mandatory):
- Engineering Graduate/Engineering Post Graduate i.e. B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech. in
Computer Science/IT /EE/ECE
- Should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the IT Industry with at least 5 years in large IT application development and deployment.
- Professional Skill Requirements:
- Experience in ERP implementation is essential (1C, SAP, etc.)
- Any industry project management certification like PMP/PRINCE2 will be preferred.
- Any industry certification in enterprise architecture such as TOGAF or equivalent will be preferred.
- Experience in IT infrastructure/cloud
- Experience in end-to-end delivery of IT services.
- Experience in the latest technology-related cloud, Big data, and AI/ ML will be an advantage.
- Experience in SAP S/4 HANA will be preferred.
- Experience in strategic technology RFP for Hiring of PMU Consultants for ERP implementation; each aspect for effective, timely implementation and trouble-free operation of the system.
Other Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills, Ability to articulate well and make effective presentations to varied technology and non-technology groups, including top levels of the government.
- Ability to learn, abstract, and implement innovative solutions to meet objectives.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the state-of-the-art in all aspects of ERP Implementation including IT Infrastructure. evaluations and associated Proof of Concept (PoC).
- Experience in building web-based systems based on Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).
- Should demonstrate hands-on experience in building software architectures and systems.
- Experience in building customized systems suiting local needs using the latest Internet technologies.
- Knowledge of various Mobile technologies.
- Must be a technology practitioner with broad experience and strong research and strategic bent of mind.
- Must have held a similar level position in a large organization or in Government with a specific focus on IT architecture, research, and strategic technology decisions.
- Hands-on experience with the Agile framework
