Position : Customer Care Executive Online Shopper
Intake Date : 31st October 2022
Working Location : Bangsar South (Walking distance from LRT Kerinchi)
Training Location : Bangsar South
Working Hours : Monday – Sunday / 24h rotational (2days off – rotate)
Salary : RM2000 + Allowance RM300.00
Contract : 12 month renew based on performance

REQUIREMENT :

• Candidate must possess at least a pass SPM.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin (For Mandarin Speaker)
• Applicants must be willing to work in Bangsar South
• Possible to have own transportation
• No work experience required. (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
• Willing to work in contract.
• 15 Full-Time and Contract position(s) available
• Applicant with good communication skills is encourage to apply
• Malaysian only. Age limit 19 – 40 years old.
• Must be able to work on Rotating Shift : Monday-Sunday, 5 days a week, days off day (8 Hours Daily)
• Shift: 7am – 4pm / 8am – 5pm / 9am – 6pm / 3pm – 12pm / 4pm – 1am
• Basic (RM2300) + Ot + Medical Card

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To attend / answer incoming calls from customer, identify the problems and assist them to solve the problem by providing the right solution
• Follow up with the customer on pending cases
• Create report in the system
