Full Job Description
Below are the job description for this position:
1. Driving CRM department initiatives and striving for the best result.
2. Knowing, develop and continuously expand department services and strategizing accordingly.
3. Analyse on client customers and campaigns data against business goal.
4. Setup up and managing the CRM department on:
a. Marketing Management
b. Content Management
c. Lead Management
5. Expanding the client customer database by proposing upselling, cross-selling and marketing strategy.
6. Identify competitors and latest marketing activities happening in the market.
7. Working closely with Community Management team on resolving customer inquiries and complaints quickly and efficiently.
8. Building and maintaining profitable relationships with customers.
9.Overseeing execution of projects and campaigns.
10. Acting as a liaison between department to department.
a. Collect client’s enquiry
b. Understand clients KPI
c. Determine and propose best CRM strategy
d. Accommodate client expectation and fulfil ad-hoc inquiry
11. Liaising with department HOD for monthly reporting and plan strategically improvement.
Qualifications and Requirements
1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Marketing / Business Management / Mass Communication or equivalent.
2. Minimum 1 to 3 years’ experience in advertising / digital marketing / customer servicing and background from agency company or equivalent.
3. Have experience overseeing and driving campaigns / projects.
4. Knowledge of current marketing trends and competitors activities.
5. Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.
6. Good at planning, managing and strategizing projects or campaigns.
7. Experiences various social media platforms / channels and how they can be deployed (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter etc.).
Preferred Skills
1. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.
2. Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills.
3. Possible attitude, details and customer oriented.
4. Strong time management.
5. Strong critical thinking and problem solving.
6. Strong team player and comfortable working in matrix environments.
7. Strict in following instructions and SOP.
8. Familiar with social media’s, tools, and its functions (FB, Insta, YouTube, Twitter etc.).
9. Able to multitask.
10. Details-oriented and highly responsible individual.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: RM5,500.00 – RM8,000.00 per month
