Customer Service Assistant: Job Requirements
Essential Responsibilities
Attend Tour Guide, Tour Leader and driver during registration for Bus, Van arrival at Freeport A’Famosa Outlet.
Attend customer redemption, kiddie car rental, sending memo, provide wheelchair service, work permit application.
Handle customer or tenants feedback and follow up with management, contribute to operations team works and event.
Front liner and customer service experienced are good advantage
Willing to work on shift, or Public Holiday
Minimum SPM good practice in Malay and English, or Chinese are good advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 54 per week
Salary: RM1,500.00 – RM1,700.00 per month
