Customer Service Assistant: Job Requirements



· Answering enquiries such as phone calls, email, WhatsApp, social media & website etc.

· To handle customer complaints & enquires.

· Attend to all Returned Order and customer complaints and process the arrangement order.

· Maintain effective filing system for easy retrieval and reference

· Maintaining positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers while coordinating information closely between relevant internal departments and customers within the allowed time.

· Keeping records of customer interactions, comments and feedbacks

· Monitor marketing planning included yearly event planning

· Manage relationship between HQ and partner, agent, leader effectively

· To perform any other duties as required by the management from time to time


  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in Logistic or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in ENGLISH and BAHASA MALAYSIA
  • Good time management and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Applicants must be willing to work in warehouse Sungai Besi
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Computer literate i.e. MS Word, MS Excel, software application
  • Positive attitude and willing to learn
  • Able to work independently and multi-tasking

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From RM1,700.00 per month
