Redberry Contact Center Sdn Bhd is currently supporting a virtual work environment; however, this is a contract position and is only open to candidates residing in European & South American time zones.
CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE: Job Requirements
Essential Responsibilities
- VACANCIES: 5 positions
- INTAKE: 31st October 2022.
- BASIC SALARY: UP TO RM10/hour
- WORKING HOURS/DAYS: SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS & PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
- WORKING SHIFT: 6 PM – 9 PM (3 hours per day)
- LOCATION: WORK FROM HOME (WFH)
- MUST COME WITH OWN LAPTOP & HIGH SPEED BROADBAND (Minimum 100Mbps)
- MUST BE ABLE TO ATTEND 2 DAYS TRAINING IN THE OFFICE (9 AM – 6PM) BEFORE CAN WORK FROM HOME
- Opened to Uni Students/Housewife looking to earn extra money
JOBSCOPE
- Handle all inbound contacts received and outbound contacts made via chats (marketplace), emails and social media
- To resolve product or service problems by clarifying and understanding the customer’s complaints, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment & following up to ensure resolution
- To ensure and provides quality service to both internal and external customers
- To maintain customer records by updating account information
- Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- To adhere to and comply with the duty roster set by the Supervisor
- To complete any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U/Diploma
- At least 1 or 2 years (s) of working experience in the related field, preferably in the E-commerce/Retail industry
- Able to work in evening shift, weekends & public holidays
- Able to start IMMEDIATELY
- Have knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Fast learner and self-motivated
- Team-oriented and service minded
- Careful, patient, and able to work under pressure
- Able to work according to the monthly roster including public holidays
- Understand the basic operation of computer software applications
- Requires minimal 30 wpm typing speed
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Windows
- Proficient in English and Bahasa.
- Must be willing to return to the office as & when required
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
