Essential Responsibilities
Customer Service Executive (Shopping Mall)
Customer Service for Pearl Shopping Gallery
Manage customer service/information counter
Attend to shoppers’ and tenants’ enquiries and feedback
Assist in the up keeping of the mall
Assist in the execution of mall’s promotion and events
Assist in the sale and redemption of vouchers
To perform any other ad-hoc assignments as and when required by the management.
