Membership – Customer Service:

A perfect applicant will be available for flexible hours, approximately 25-30 per week, (typically scheduled between 9am-9pm Monday-Thursday, 9am-6pm Fridays and 10am-5pm Saturday) have a passion for health and fitness, and most importantly, be a great representative of our brand! To be considered for this position, you must be a high-energy self-starter, have an extroverted personality, be a good motivator/coach, and enjoy sales, marketing, and building a great culture in the club.

Important: If you are uncomfortable doing sales or calling complete strangers on the phone and asking them to stop in to see our club, this is not the position for you.

A great candidate will enjoy helping people, have a friendly, outgoing personality, and genuinely care about helping others.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Membership Sales —

We use a proven system that helps our members overcome their own roadblocks to starting a fitness program. When used correctly, this system doesn’t feel like sales at all. We help people make decisions that better themselves!

Club Promotional Marketing —

We love the creative “guerrilla” type marketing! We do use traditional marketing strategies (television, radio, newspaper, direct mail, etc.), but we really prefer the creative stuff. A solid understanding of how to use social media is needed. Graphic design experience and video editing are a plus!

Facility Upkeep —

We pride ourselves on the upkeep and cleanliness of the facility – maintaining the facility to our top-notch cleaning standards is a must.

Community Involvement —

We love being a part of the local community. There are countless opportunities to get outside the club and promote our business. We attend festivals, events, and other community events.

Networking / Employee Wellness —

We work with a network of local and national employers and insurance companies that try to encourage their employees to lead healthier lifestyles. Making contacts is the first step—then we try to find a solution that helps everyone.

Team Building —

Access to a vehicle and a valid driver’s license is a must. This role will be scheduled between locations in Dundas & Stoney Creek.

Staffed Hours:

Staffed hours are subject to change based on season and scheduled events. Typical hours are scheduled between:

Monday-Thursday: 9am-9pm
Friday: 10am-6pm
Saturday: 9am – 5pm

Some weekend events occur during the summer months.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-25 per week

Salary: $16.50-$17.50 per hour
