Data Entry Operator: Work Requirements

• Position -DEO Department – Logistic Role Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry. Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output. Responsibilties * Take the details of dispatch schedule on the board.
  • Scrutiny of the TPL as per project OC No scheduled for dispatch.
  • Collecting of Transfer Note as per project.
  • Material collection as per TPL from consult department.
  • Loading the material as sequence.
  • Loading details given to DEO for making packing list.
  • After the complete loading take photo of each vehicle (local and outstation).
  • Making project wise folder for all photos in computer for all Day to day dispatch.
  • Maintaining the FG glass storage area & visual board update daily basis.

  Pre-requisties * Diploma in joc electronic communications

  • Good Communications Skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office(Excel,Word)

  Other Tasks * Member of Emergency Rescue Team (First aid)

  • Prepares packing list against invoices in the absence of DEO

  Job Type: Full-time

  Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
