Data Quality Analyst Job Description
We are looking for an energetic Data Quality Analyst associate to help us improve the data quality of business operations of our clients. A quality analyst will be responsible to plan and execute tests on software and other IT solutions to make sure they work as required. During and after testing, quality analysts recommend the changes needed for projects to meet quality guidelines. You will work with various departments and report to the Head of Business Development.
The successful applicant will be resourceful, organized and motivated to enhance the data quality of our software. A very good typing speed in English is must.
Roles and Responsibilities
Ø Work as data entry supervisor to ensure that correct data is being entered in the system by various team members form multiple locations.
Ø Do a data Audit to ensure the quality of the existing data is as per the recommended standard.
Ø Develop Product Broachers and Presentations for Marketing purpose.
Ø Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Ø Manage social media accounts and promote company’s products/services by posting relevant posts on all the social media accounts.
Ø Willing to familiarize yourself with the company’s vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.
Ø Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database.
Ø Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
Ø Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
Ø Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

Salary: From ₹106,380.08 per year

Data Quality Analyst: Required Qualifications, Skills, Work Experience
- Education & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Should have typing speed of >40 WPM with 95% accuracy.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
Strong organization and project management skills.
Friendly and personable demeanour.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
