Stone Tree Group deliver a full cycle of work with property on the United Arab Emirates markets:
Five PM Real Estate – select and buy highly profitable real estate in Dubai;
Stone Tree Vacation Homes – rent properties and provide property management services to owners and investors;
ST Technical Service – care for all the processes appearing during the process of working with the apartment.
Currently we are looking for Development Agent to join our fast growing team!
Development Agent: Job Requirements
Job Types: Part-time, Fresher
Essential Responsibilities
What you will do:
Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities;
Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails;
Present our company to potential clients;
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
Build long-term trusting relationships with clients;
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market;
Report to the Business Development Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results;
Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans.
We expect you to have:
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position;
Strong understanding of Dubai retail market;
Great communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills, stress resistant;
Advanced level of English languages.
Knowledge of Arabic and/or Russian languages will be a plus.
It’ll be amazing if you also have/are:
Having your own car and driving license;
Motivated candidate that wants to grow professionally.
