ScienceVision Sdn Bhd is currently supporting a virtual work environment; however, this is a contract position and is only open to candidates residing in European & South American time zones.
Dispatch and Office Assistant: Job Requirements
Essential Responsibilities
Offer description
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- To deliver and collect daily Laboratory’s Reagents, DNA/RNA/Saliva Samples, and Instrument shipments and documents within Klang Valley (or outstation delivery if needed) in a timely and orderly manner;
- Receives, unpacks, packs, inspects and verifies incoming and outgoing products against pack slip or other documents, records shortages and rejects damaged goods.
- Label deliveries and allocate them to their designated place.
- Takes inventory, maintains storage area, organizes and places stock on shelves. Ensures area is secure at all times.
- To assist for office general maintenance & cleanliness such as change the light bulbs, water pipe head, clearing, and sorting out the boxes for recycle and disposal, send the company’s car for maintenance.
- Other ad-hocs duties will be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Computer literate with basic knowledge in Ms Words and Excel;
- Possess valid CAR driving license and familiar with roads in Klang Valley;
- Must be responsible, polite, trustworthy and attention to details.
- Preference will be given to male candidate
- Applicants must be willing to work in Setia Alam.
- Transport will be provided for shipment delivery.
- Good command of verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to handle and carry large and heavy Laboratory’s Reagent and small Instrument shipments
- Able to handle the delivery and collection for Hospitals, Government & Private Laboratories and Institution
- Able to drive Vellfire vehicle.
Requirements
- Minimum education level: High school
- 1 year of experience
- Language(s): English ,Malay
- Driver’s license: Motorcycle ,Car ,Passenger transportation vehicles
- Availability to travel: Yes
- Availability of change of residence: Yes
