Ecommerce Digital Marketing Associate: Job Requirements

To manage all aspects of e-Commerce business across all online platforms
Develop, plan and execute digital marketing strategies across all online platforms to ensure business growth
Analyse, monitor and measure digital marketing strategies performance and suggest countermeasures
Engage with customers and provide excellent customer service
Manage and maintain social media accounts
Work closely with other teams to ensure smooth running operations
To undertake any ad-hoc assignment or duties assigned by management as and when required
Requirements:
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Candidate must possess at least SPM or Diploma in related field
Possess knowledge and understanding in digital marketing strategies, e-Commerce platforms and online marketplace
Familiar with social media marketing
Possess skills to design and enhance product images using editing software
Detail-oriented, solution-oriented and able to work independently with minimum supervision
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
(Proficient in Mandarin is a plus)
Candidates with at least 1 year working experience in related field will have an added advantage
