To be successful at this job, you’ll need to be confident and well-spoken, have a genuine interest in creating engaging lessons and be willing to follow our curriculum.
Responsibilities:
- Establish rapport with students and colleagues.
- Develop meaningful relationships with students and colleagues.
- Facilitate learning through the use of innovative techniques and activities.
- Teach basic vocabulary, grammar, and pronunciation to students who are non-native English speakers to ensure that they can effectively communicate in English.
- Provide feedback to students in a constructive manner.
- Synthesize research results with classroom experience to develop coursework and present workshops related to language teaching.
- Help students develop the knowledge, skills, and habits necessary to be successful lifelong learners.
