To monitor and work with external party to ensure the readiness of the platform in meeting all the stipulated requirements.

Organization Context

The bearer of this post must ensure that the Online Channel can meet all the requirements set by the regulator and company.

To be the gatekeeper to ensure, all the products rolled out must meets the guidelines set and all responses to customers must be done timely.

The incumbent is to work closely with appointed external vendor.

Service Level and System Maintenance

To meet and exceed all agreed performance objectives (sales, conversions, engagement)

Update product information and content on the website

Manage website configuration & parameters (e.g. payment options, Certificate Generation, Alteration)

Investigate and report any operational/technical issues arising from the users experience

Liaise with agencies or in-house teams to implement and support campaigns

Test and deploy functional projects /improvements

Produce reports to analyze the performance of all online marketing campaigns and promotions (via

Maintaining an excellent level of service to the business

Monitor key performance indicators on the website and develop plans to improve them

Reporting of Online Channel data

Supporting initiatives/campaigns/enhancements/projects in order to generate traffic/sales

Evaluate approaches & strategies to improve website sales conversions & customer engagement Service

Entry Qualification and Experience
Tertiary education in any field. Min. Degree or Experience: 4years in the same capacity

• Customer focused with excellent process improvement skills, the ability to work with a positive attitude & excel under pressure.
• Proficient in written and spoken English & BM.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel and understanding of basic web technologies (FTP, browsers, basic HTML,
• Basic understanding of order management/customer fulfilment in an Online channel platform
