EXECUTIVE WAREHOUSE Job Description» Employment Opportunity in HICOM-YAMAHA MANUFACTURING MALAYSIA SDN BHD , Shah Alam, Malaysia

• 1) INVENTORY CONTROL & OPERATIONS
  • To monitor the level of stock of raw material, finished products & replacement parts at optimum level
  • To coordinate & ensure that all store customers (internal & external) are given excellent services & no interruption of operation especially for internal customer (Machining & Assembly Line)

  2) INVENTORY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (IMC)

  • Liase with customer in formulating & preparing material demand & forecast, develop & execute the best logistics, transportations & delivery method at desired format to meet customer service
  • To manage & monitor BAAN system in terms of Receiving, supply production, receiving finished goods (CBU) & delivery of engines to customer

  3) DOCUMENTATION CONTROL

  • To verify all SOP. WI & lot tags are updated corrdctly
  • To prepare & present New Model progress report to company

  4) GENERAL MATTERS

  • To attend daily operation meeting that attended by all supervisors in order to find solution for daily production problem.
  • To coordinate & assist Warehouse Manager in preparing & conducting company stock-take.

  5) STAFF DEVELOPMENT

  • To assist in job evaluation & job description exercise
  • To assist in compilation and processes of staff performance review
