Female Public Relations Officer (PRO)
Hayat Luxury Properties is in search of an ideal candidate for the position of Public Relations Officer (PRO) who is driven and motivated to be part of our professional team. The suitable candidate must have a proactive attitude, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
About the Role
We are looking for a Public Relation Officer with integrated experience in managing PR events and activities. The ideal candidate must have a strong background and existing networks and affiliations in the market.
Responsibilities
– Represent the company in all public relations activities.
– Acts as a liaison between the company and government authorities of the state.
– Provides strong support to HR Department in administering necessary paperwork for processing employment requirements.
– Manages and ensures that the company licenses such as Trade License, Establishment Cards and all related permits are up to date.
– Fosters a professional relationship with government authorities in the embassies, consulates and courts.
– Establishes an effective tracking system for the renewal of legal documents such as licenses, permits, residence visas, Labor contracts and cards.
– Have accurate and up-to-date information and knowledge related to PRO functions.
– Ensures proper coordination in administering all necessary legal document processes with the concerned department.
– Have an absolute system to keep a record of all legal documents of the company and employees.
– Adheres to the company standard and policies.

Requirements
– Vast knowledge of the Labor Law, Visa Application and UAE Legal Document Processes
– Holds a valid UAE Driver’s License with own car
– Available to join immediately
