Full Job Description
We are currently looking for a Front Desk Receptionist for one of our properties in UAE. Only shortlisted and qualified applicants will be contacted by HR Department.
Front Desk Receptionist: Job Requirements
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week
Salary: AED2,000.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
Essential Responsibilities
- Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner
- Manage bookings on chalets, villa and horse riding lessons
- Perform check-in quickly and efficiently, according to the Standards
- To be familiar with the walk-in guest procedures.
- To be familiar with the facilities of the hotel and their times of operation
- To answer all telephone calls in three rings with appropriate greeting note.
- To answer guest or telephone queries supplying the correct information.
- Reach out to potential clients and inform them about our services
– With hospitality experience
– At least 1 year experience in Front Office
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Minimum Qualifications
