Front Office Counselor: Work Requirements

• · Ensure the upkeep and decorum at the reception area· Manage the incoming and outgoing calls requests efficiently

  · Maintain and update contact sheet

  · Counsel the prospects, convert walk-ins into enrolments.

  · Record keeping / tracks for travel arrangements done, outgoing couriers, visitors’ records, inventory, temporary IDs etc.

  · Coordinate for office events as the need be any other relevant duties that arise from time to time.

  · Attending Incoming & Outgoing calls with proper etiquettes and maintaining records for them

  · Responding the telephonic call and carry out the conversations politely and timely manner

  · Handling multiple telephone lines in timely manner and direct the calls to the concerned person / extension

  · Differentiating the incoming calls and walk-ins and handle them appropriately

  · To sort out incoming mails at enquiry inbox and distribute to the concerned

  Department / Executive and responding them in case of customer enquiries

  · Maintenance of Attendance Register and keeping a track on Outdoor Duties of the Executives / Staff

  · To do the data entry, prepare presentations, make reports whenever required by the team

  The candidate will be required to counsel the prospects, convert walk-ins into enrolments, handle telephonic prospects, conduct competition survey, and ensure that customers expectations are met as per the course guidelines. Alongside he/she needs to do follow ups of the non converted prospects, handle parents of the students and first hand handling of students grievances. Develop a rapport with the students and collect regular feedback of the quality of training
